Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti 200g
  • Ground beef 250g
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  • Tomato sauce 2 cups
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

  • Grated parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

Boil spaghetti in salted water until cooked, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Pour in tomato sauce, add salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Margherita Pizza

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Warm water ¾ cup
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Tomato pizza sauce 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 g
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste

Instructions

In a bowl mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Roll the dough into a pizza shape and place it on a baking tray.
Spread tomato sauce evenly on the dough.
Add mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
Add fresh basil and drizzle olive oil before serving.

Beef Burger

  • Ground beef 200g
  • Burger bun 1
  • Lettuce leaves few
  • Tomato slices 2-3
  • Cheese slice 1
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place the ground beef in a bowl and season it with salt and black pepper.
Shape the beef into a round patty slightly larger than the burger bun.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Lightly toast the burger bun in the same pan for about 1 minute.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
Place lettuce leaves, the cooked beef patty, cheese slice, and tomato slices on the bun.
Cover with the top bun and serve immediately while hot.

Chicken Shawarma

  • Chicken breasts (sliced) 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Pita bread 4
  • Lettuce to taste
  • Tomato slices to taste
  • Pickles to taste
  • Garlic sauce (toum) to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

In a bowl mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and all spices.
Add sliced chicken and mix well to coat.
Marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
Warm the pita bread slightly.
Fill the bread with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
Add garlic sauce.
Roll the shawarma and serve.

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave for about 1-2 minutes.

Add lettuce, tomato slices, and shredded cheese on top.

  • Chicken breasts 2
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Tomato sauce 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat it evenly with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Place the fried chicken in a baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over the chicken and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes slightly golden.

Shrimp Pasta

  • Lemon juice ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Boil pasta in salted water until cooked, then drain.
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until they turn pink.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.

Beef Lasagna

  • Ground beef 300g
  • Tomato sauce 2 cups
  • Ricotta cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Pour in the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
Place a layer of lasagna sheets over the sauce.
Add more meat sauce and spoon some ricotta cheese on top.
Repeat the layers until ingredients are used.
Finish with mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 40 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
