Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 6 oz
- Butter ½ cup
- Eggs 2
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Flour 2 tbsp
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl until well combined.
Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
Add flour and mix gently until smooth.
Pour the batter into greased ramekins.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–14 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Crème Brûlée
Ingredients
- Heavy cream 2 cups
- Egg yolks 5
- Vanilla bean 1
- Sugar ½ cup + extra
Instructions
Heat cream with vanilla until warm.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
Slowly add the warm cream to the egg mixture while whisking.
Pour the mixture into ramekins.
Place ramekins in a baking dish with hot water (water bath).
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 45 minutes.
Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize it with a torch before serving.
Tiramisu
Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese 16 oz
- Ladyfingers 24
- Espresso (cooled) 1 cup
- Egg yolks 4
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Whisk egg yolks with sugar until creamy.
Fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
Dip the ladyfingers briefly in espresso.
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
Add a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Apple Pie
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Place the apple mixture into the bottom pie crust.
Dot the filling with small pieces of butter.
Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges.
Bake for about 50 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Let the pie cool slightly before serving.
Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 1 ¼ cups
- Melted butter 1 cup
- Large eggs 4
- Cocoa powder ½ cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- White sugar 2 cups
- Walnut halves ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Baking spray as needed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 9x13-inch pan with baking spray.
Whisk sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt
in a large bowl until combined.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Decorate with walnut halves.
Bake in the preheated oven until top is crinkled and a toothpick comes out with a few
moist crumbs, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
Chocolat Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 2 ¼ cups
- Butter (softened) 1 cup
- White sugar ¾ cup
- Brown sugar ¾ cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla extract 2 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chocolate chips 2 cups
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Vanilla Cup Cake
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 1 ½ cups
- Butter (softened) ½ cup
- White sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Milk ½ cup
- Vanilla extract 2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a cupcake tray with liners.
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
Fill cupcake liners about ⅔ full.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before frosting or serving. Enjoy!
Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Crushed biscuits 2 cups
- Melted butter ½ cup
- Cream cheese 500 g
- White sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Sour cream 1 cup
- Strawberry topping 1 cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the base of a pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until set.
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with strawberry sauce before serving. Enjoy!
