Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce 1 head
  • Croutons ½ cup
  • Parmesan ¼ cup
  • Caesar dressing 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Wash and chop lettuce.
Add croutons and parmesan.
Add dressing and lemon.
Toss and serve.

French Fries

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 3
  • Oil 2 cups
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut potatoes.
Rinse and dry.
Fry until golden.
Season and serve.

Mashed Potatoes

30 minutes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 4
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup

Instructions

Boil potatoes.
Drain and mash.
Add butter and milk.
Season and serve.

Coleslaw

10 minutes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Cabbage 2 cups
  • Carrot 1
  • Mayonnaise ¼ cup

Instructions

Mix vegetables.
Add dressing.
Toss well.
Chill and serve.

Potato Wedges

30 minutes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 3
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • spices to taste

Instructions

Cut potatoes into thick and tall slices.
Season well with all the spices you like.
Bake until crispy for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with a side sauce you like.

Onion Rings

20 minutes 3 servings

Ingredients

  • Onion 2 large
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Starch ¼ cup
  • Spices 1 tbsp

Instructions

Slice onions into circular shape.
Dip in batter(floar,starch and favorite spices).
Fry until golden.
Serve hot.

Cheese Sambosaa

Ingredients

  • Sambosaa dough 12 pieces
  • Feta Cheese 200g
  • Oil for frying
  • Floar in waterfor sealing

Instructions

Fill dough with Feta cheese or any favourite felling.
Fold and seal in a triangle shape.
Fry until golden.
Serve hot.

Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella 200g
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Egg 1

Instructions

Cut mozarella cheese into sticks.
Coat the sticks with egg and crumbs.
Fry until golden.
Serve immediately.
