Classic Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Chopped ripe mango 1 cup
  • Milk (dairy or unsweetened non-dairy) ½ cup
  • Ice ½ cup
  • Plain yogurt ¼ cup
  • Honey (optional) 1 tbsp

Instructions

Place the mango, milk, ice, yogurt, and honey (if using) in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour the smoothie in your favourite cup.
Decorate the top of the cup with a mango slice.

Ingredients

  • Frozen blackberries 1 cup
  • Chilled brewed hibiscus tea 2/3 cup
  • Greek yogurt (optional) ½ cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract (optional) 1 tsp
  • Lime juice ½ lime

Instructions

In a blender add the frozen blackberries and the iced hibiscus tea.
Blend them well.
Add the honey and the lime and vanilla extract.
Pour into glasses and serve!



Pink Lemonade

Pink Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Fresh lemon juice 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 4-5 cups
  • Strawberry juice 1 cup
  • Mashed raspberries to taste

Instructions

Heat 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. Let it cool.
Squeeze fresh lemons to get 1 cup of juice and add it.
Mix the cooled simple syrup, lemon juice, 3-4 cups of cold water, and add your strawberry juice and the mashed raspberries.
Refrigerate for 8 minutes and then serve.
Add ice cubes (optional).

  • Fresh Lime Juice ¼ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves 6-8
  • Lemon Mint Soda 1 cup
  • Crushed ice as needed

Instructions

Lightly mash mint leaves with lime juice and sugar in a sturdy glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice, top with Lemon Mint soda and stir well.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime slices.

  • Frozen Pineapple Chunks 1 cup
  • Pineapple Juice 1 cup
  • Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk ½ cup
  • Coconut slices ½ cup
  • Honey 1-2 tsp

Instructions

Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream, frozen pineapple, and ice into a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedge, or a small paper umbrella.

  • Brewed coffee 1 cup
  • Ice cubes 1 cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Instructions

Brew coffee and let it cool.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour coffee over ice.
Add milk and sugar.
Stir and serve cold.

Chocolate Milkshake

Add all ingredients to blender.

  • Matcha powder 1 tsp
  • Hot water ¼ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ice cubes 1 cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp

Instructions

Whisk matcha with hot water.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour milk over ice.
Add matcha mixture and honey.
Stir well and serve.
